March is the month at Tisza Automotive when we pay special attention to the contribution of our female colleagues. This tradition, nurtured within our company, is marked every year as a symbol of gratitude and respect toward the colleagues who contribute to our community on a daily basis. They are not only valuable team members, but also examples of perseverance and dedication that inspire all of us.
This year, on International Women’s Day, we surprised our colleagues with white daisies. In line with our environmental values, we chose this plant instead of cut flowers, allowing it to continue beautifying gardens and the surrounding environment after planting.
However, appreciation for our colleagues does not end with this gesture.
LionWoman initiative – an award celebrating women’s excellence
During this month, we proudly highlight the 1,221 female colleagues who are part of our company. Their dedication and passion for work deserved special recognition, which is why the #LionWoman initiative was organized. As part of this initiative, we invited our employees to nominate a colleague who holds a special place in their lives and who, through her abilities and behavior, deserves the title of LionWoman. The nominations were processed, and the colleagues who received the most votes were rewarded with surprises.
